CHSR is a volunteer driven organization. To that end we have an active volunteer Executive Committee which meets weekly to discuss the business of the station and the club which makes up its volunteers. The Executive Committee is a partner to the paid staff. Together, they follow policies created by the membership and the Board of Directors. Most issues are worked out between the two groups (Exec and Staff) on a consensus basis. When consensus fails, financial, legal, and employment matters are taken to the Board of Directors, policy and broadcast matters are taken to the General Membership.
