Secretary/Treasurer:
The Secretary/Treasurer is in charge of the Membership's money. He/She is responsible for collecting and depositing membership fees, and accessing membership money for events, parties etc. The Secretary/Treasurer reports weekly on funds coming in and going out of the club's account. As well, the Secretary/Treasurer takes minutes for the executive meetings, and the General Membership Meetings.

All of the positions on the Executive Committee have a few requirements in common. You must be available to attend regular weekly meetings of the Executive Committee, prepare weekly reports on what's going on in your department, and vote on the various station issues that come up at meetings. As well, you're required to attend General Membership Meetings. In essence, you'll be working in conjunction with the Staff and the Board of Directors in the running of our station. In order to run for a position on the Executive, you must have been a member of CHSR for at least 3 months, and have paid you membership fee for the current year.
