Promotions Coordinator:
The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for organizing the various promotional
tools we use at CHSR. He/She coordinates the design and placement of posters,
both on campus and off, which advertise the Station and various station events.
She/He is also responsible for coordinating the maintenance of the CHSR website
and our charts. The Promotions Coordinator does not put together events or concerts
as part of their position.
All of the positions on the Executive Committee have a few requirements in common. You must be available to attend regular weekly meetings of the Executive Committee, prepare weekly reports on what's going on in your department, and vote on the various station issues that come up at meetings. As well, you're required to attend General Membership Meetings. In essence, you'll be working in conjunction with the Staff and the Board of Directors in the running of our station. In order to run for a position on the Executive, you must have been a member of CHSR for at least 3 months, and have paid you membership fee for the current year.
