The last GM Meeting was held on Tuesday, Nov 22.
Due to a lack of quorum, official business was not able to be done.
Reports were made. There is still old business to be ratified. It will be moved to the next GM Meeting.
There are currently 85 2005-06 PAID members.

Quorum for meetings is 17 (20%)
Quorum for Constitutional Matters is 28 (33%)
